The Majestic Studio Theatre and Ted Herbert Music School are located at 880 Page Street in Manchester. This is the location of our Box Office and where most of our performances take place. Music lessons, classes, and rehearsals are also held here. We recommend checking the location and address of the event you are attending to insure that you go to the right venue.
Enjoy FREE PARKING in our own parking lot, as well as in the lot located behind the building across the street from the Studio Building. You may also park on both sides of Page Street. We ask that you only park in designated areas and respect our neighbors’ driveways.
The Majestic Studio Theatre is a 160-seat black-box style venue; we are currently celebrating a renovation of the our theater in 2026.
ACCESSIBILITY can be found at the front of our building where you will find 4 handicap parking spots. Use this Page Street entrance to find a ramp into the building where you will find the theatre on the main level. We recommend advance reservations (if possible) to allow us to give you the best possible accessible seating for you and your companions. Both men’s and women’s bathrooms are accessible.
