Our Majestic Studio Theatre space helps support the programs and performances of both the Majestic Theatre & Ted Herbert Music School. Although we work hard to maintain this space, it is showing its age and is in need of upgrades to allow us to keep serving the community.
New Carpet & Painting: $7,500 – COMPLETED!
UPDATE: The Studio Theatre was painted and new commercial carpet was installed in December 2026, and it looks GREAT! Come and see the great progress and improvements at an upcoming show or event!
New Seats: $45,000*
We are the 3rd theatre owner of our current seats; they have lasted over 40 years! It’s time that our sagging and tired seats be replaced. We have gotten a quote for NEW free-standing theatre seats that will compliment our space and will be safer and more comfortable for our patrons and students. We are hoping to order our seats in February 2026, once the current tarriffs are (hopefully) relaxed. After at 16-20 week delivery, the seats will be installed in late June 2026. The new seats will be assembled by our dedicated volunteers; if you would like to help please reach out and we will add you to the volunteer list. Any donation of $250 or more will allow you to “Name the Seat(s)” either with your name or in memory of a loved one. A small plaque will be affixed to seat, leaving an amazing legacy.
UPDATE: The new seats have been ORDERED and will arrive June 2026 (when our 2nd payment and balance will be due). We are still raising money to reach this goal!
